I started The Trusted Signers because I saw how stressful it was for families to handle important documents during already difficult moments — a late-night hospital visit, a real estate closing that couldn't wait, an elderly parent who couldn't travel.
I wanted to bring something different to Palm Beach County: a notary who shows up prepared, on time, and with genuine care for the person across the table.
Every document I notarize represents something significant in someone's life — a new home, a business, an inheritance, a plan for the future. I don't take that lightly. I treat every signing as if it's the most important one I'll do that week, because for my client, it usually is.

What should I bring to my notary appointment?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — a Florida driver's license, U.S. passport, or military ID — and the document itself, unsigned. Are you available on nights and weekends?
Yes. I offer appointments days, evenings, and weekends to work around your schedule. Same-day appointments are often available.
Can you provide witnesses?
Yes, witness services are available for an additional fee when required by the document.
What is Remote Online Notary (RON)?
RON allows notarizations to occur digitally via secure audio-visual technology. It's fully legal in Florida and is ideal when you're out of state or prefer a contactless signing.
